Sales Development Representative – Generate, Qualify, and Nurture Leads to Drive Packwise Growth

As a Sales Development Representative at Packwise, you will be the first point of contact for many of our potential customers. Your role is to research and identify prospects, initiate conversations, and qualify leads to ensure they are a strong fit for our solution. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a healthy sales pipeline and support the entire sales process—from first contact to a smooth handover to the account management team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify potential customers and their needs using various sources (e.g., social media, industry databases, events)
  • Initiate contact with new leads through emails, phone calls, and social media outreach
  • Qualify leads by assessing buying potential, budget, and decision-making authority
  • Represent Packwise in virtual and in-person meetings to introduce our solution and engage potential customers
  • Support the sales process by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up with prospects
  • Keep customer and lead information up to date in our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Work closely with marketing to evaluate lead quality from campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and increase conversion rates
  • Represent Packwise at trade shows and events to generate leads, build our brand, and expand customer relationships

 

YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Professional experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS and/or the chemical industry
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in lead generation or inside sales
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging demeanor
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to handle challenging conversations
  • Professional approach when dealing with clients and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
