Position Overview

Drive Customer Success and Long-Term Growth at Packwise

At Packwise, we are transforming supply chains with data-driven solutions. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve measurable value and long-term success with our SaaS platform Packwise Flow.

You will act as a trusted advisor, driving onboarding, adoption, and retention while identifying opportunities to expand usage and deepen customer relationships.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
  • Drive onboarding and adoption, enabling customers to fully leverage Packwise Flow
  • Build a deep understanding of customer processes and translate them into scalable platform use cases
  • Analyze customer data and platform usage to identify optimization opportunities and drive value realization
  • Conduct regular business reviews, demonstrating ROI and defining next steps
  • Proactively identify risks and ensure customer health and retention
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Identify and support upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Represent Packwise in customer meetings and virtual or on-site engagements


WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong ability to build and manage customer relationships across different stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proactive, structured, and customer-centric approach
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
