Position Overview

Key Account Manager – Drive Growth, Build Partnerships, and Shape Success at Packwise

As a Key Account Manager at Packwise, you will take ownership of our most strategic customer relationships. You will drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth while helping customers unlock the full potential of Packwise Flow. Based in Houston, TX, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless and scalable customer experience. This role is ideal for a commercially driven, relationship-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of business value and operational impact.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving retention, expansion, and revenue growth
  • Lead upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives, turning pilot projects into enterprise-wide rollouts
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success by translating customer processes into scalable, high-impact use cases in Packwise Flow
  • Leverage customer data and platform insights to identify growth opportunities, optimization potential, and measurable value creation
  • Act as a strategic partner, helping customers improve operations and supply chain performance
  • Lead commercial conversations, renewals, and contract negotiations
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, and leadership
  • Run business reviews, clearly demonstrating ROI and defining next growth steps
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless and scalable customer experience


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or complex B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of growing and expanding enterprise accounts
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with analytical thinking
  • Ability to translate data into tangible business value
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Fluent in English

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
