Position Overview

Sales Development Intern – Learn to Generate, Qualify, and Nurture Leads to Drive Packwise Growth

As a Sales Development Intern at Packwise, you will support our sales and marketing teams in building a healthy sales pipeline and connecting with potential customers. You will learn how to research and identify prospects, initiate first conversations, and qualify leads for our Industrial IoT solutions. This internship offers you the opportunity to explore the world of B2B sales in a fast-growing international company and to develop key skills that will set you up for future career success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research potential customers and their needs using sources like industry databases, LinkedIn, and trade publications
  • Assist in initiating contact with new leads via emails, phone calls, and social media outreach
  • Support the qualification of leads by gathering information on buying potential and decision-making structures
  • Help prepare presentations, schedule meetings, and follow up with prospects
  • Maintain customer and lead information in our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Work closely with marketing to review and analyze campaign-generated leads
  • Participate in trade shows and events to help represent Packwise and engage with potential customers 

YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS/technology solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and engaging demeanor
  • Ability to work in a structured, proactive, and team-oriented way
  • Confidence to interact with customers and partners in English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus (but not required) 

Additional Information

JOB TYPE: Internship (Full-time during summer or part-time during semester, flexible scheduling possible)

SCHEDULE:

• Full-time (35–40 hours/week) during summer break, OR
• Part-time (10–20 hours/week) during the academic semester
• Duration: 10–12 weeks (summer) or by agreement during semester
