Are you interested in advancing the topics of digitization and sustainability in the field of industrial supply chain management? Is it important to you to take responsibility and work in a cheerful professional atmosphere and to further develop your strengths?

That would be your part of the story - you... 

  • are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract conclusion
  • present Packwise in acquisition and consulting appointments and convince customers of our solution (virtually and on site)
  • guide customers (corporates and SMEs) through the sales process until contract closure and handover to the account management team - lead contract negotiations and close deals
  • research and identify potential customers and their needs
  • initiate initial contact with potential customers through various means of communication such as emails, phone calls, social media
  • qualify and assess the potential of leads in terms of willingness to buy, budget and decision-making authority
  • develop and optimise sales strategies with a view to achieving targets
  • update and maintain customer information and interactions in our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • are responsible for achieving sales targets and regular reporting to management
  • represent Packwise at trade fairs and events with the aim of generating leads, building the brand and expanding customer relationships

What you bring to the team - you...

  • have several years of sales experience in the B2B and SaaS sector
  • are a passionate networker and communicator with a talent for presenting innovative solutions convincingly and inspiring customers with pioneering technologies
  • have a results-oriented way of working with a high degree of initiative and assertiveness
  • have a very good command of German & English
  • maintain a professional and engaging relationship with customers and partners
  • have a self-confident demeanour and negotiating skills
  • have leadership skills
  • have a degree in the commercial sector
