Are you interested in advancing the topics of digitization and sustainability in the field of industrial supply chain management? Is it important to you to take responsibility and work in a cheerful professional atmosphere and to further develop your strengths?

That would be your part of the story - you... 

  • develop the international sales strategy and implement sales targets together with the sales team
  • build up and lead an international sales team in the office and in the field
  • are responsible for the sustainable development and expansion of the sales network as well as the continuous increase of sales results
  • identify and implement international sales and distribution partnerships
  • acquire new customers and support existing customers in the global marketplace
  • identify and analyze customer needs and market specifics
  • take care of product development and optimization together with the product development team
  • represent the company and its products and conduct contract negotiations

What you bring to the team - you...

  • have a degree in business or technical studies with an international focus
  • have a wide range of foreign language skills: at least very good English, other language(s) desired
  • have an excellent network in the process industry, especially in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries
  • have experience with digitalization and software projects
  • have above-average communication and decision-making skills
  • have experience in the development of pricing and business models as well as negotiation skills in closing deals with international partners
  • have leadership skills and experience in leading multinational teams
  • have several years of professional experience in the sale of complex technical products that require explanation
  • are willing to travel worldwide
