Thanks to the close cooperation with Packwise, Follmann was able to achieve both main goals in pilot projects: On the one hand, added value was generated for customers, for example in the form of automated delivery notification or optimized inventory management, including automatic replenishment, in the sense of Vendor Managed Inventory. At the same time, planning and logistics processes were significantly improved thanks to networked, transparent data that is accessible at all times.
