As a Working Student Backend Development, you will have behind-the-scenes insights into building our product landscape and work as part of our cross-functional tech team.
You want to use your technical coding expertise to improve our products while expanding your knowledge and skills with the help of our experienced team?

This would be your part of the story, you …

  • are involved in the implementation of new features in our microservices infrastructure
  • support us in optimizing our product in terms of performance and scalability
  • write codes, tests and prototypes; analyze and improve the performance of our backend
  • design, implement and maintain our internal and external APIs
  • interact with our product management team for new feature planning
  • ensure code quality

What you bring to the team - you...

  • are currently studying in the field of IT
  • can think serverless, ideally AWS Lambdas are your friend
  • love javascript and are up to date with modern language features
  • have experience in Node.js
  • are used to validating functions and services with unit and system tests
  • have experience in working with document-based databases (MongoDB) 
  • have a startup mentality and are motivated to improve our products and services every day

 

Also, if you...

  • know GraphQL
  • have experience with serverless-based pipelines AWS Lambda, AWS SQS/SES
  • are familiar with code quality tools such as Sonarcloud and ESLint
