As an IT/Tech Support & Technical Operations Specialist, you are the technical hub between our customers, our support team, and the product and development departments.
You monitor and analyze how our IoT solutions perform in the field, support with technical inquiries, and ensure that our internal teams can work optimally with our digital tools such as HubSpot or Microsoft 365.

You combine operational work with technical understanding: you analyze issues, test new functions, further develop monitoring processes, and take responsibility for the administration of our central IT tools and systems. 1. In the area of Technical Support & Customer Success (2nd Level)
  • analyze and evaluate technical inquiries
  • develop solution approaches and recommendations for customers and internal teams
  • support the support team in the technical classification and prioritization of cases
  • document recurring topics and derive improvements from them
  • build and maintain an internal knowledge base with technical insights

2. Technical Operations & Product Quality
  • monitor the quality and functionality of our IoT device fleet
  • support the testing of new features, firmware versions, and product improvements
  • support the support team in the technical classification and prioritization of cases
  • contribute to the development of automated monitoring and quality processes
  • work closely with development, product, and support teams

3. Internal IT/Tool Support & System Administration
  • administer and optimize our central tools (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint/Outlook, internal support systems)
  • support the entire team with technical and tool-related questions
  • manage user access, permissions, and tool workflows
  • identify improvements in our digital work processes and implement them

What you bring to our team – you...

  • have knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
    (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook, user and rights management)
  • have experience in office IT administration
    (e.g., user devices, networks, tool access, basic IT security issues)
  • have experience in technical support and working with
    ticket and helpdesk systems (e.g., HubSpot, JIRA, Linear)
  • work in an analytical and structured manner
  • communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues
  • have a good command of written and spoken German and English
