As an IT/Tech Support & Technical Operations Specialist, you are the technical hub between our customers, our support team, and the product and development departments.
You monitor and analyze how our IoT solutions perform in the field, support with technical inquiries, and ensure that our internal teams can work optimally with our digital tools such as HubSpot or Microsoft 365.
You combine operational work with technical understanding: you analyze issues, test new functions, further develop monitoring processes, and take responsibility for the administration of our central IT tools and systems. If you like technology, enjoy tinkering, understand systems, and take responsibility in day-to-day business, then you've come to the right place.
